This Online Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between DT SEO AGENCY (“Seller”) and [Customer Name] (“Buyer”) under the following terms and conditions.
DEFINITIONS
1.1. Seller: DT SEO AGENCY, a business engaged in online sales services.
1.2. Buyer: An individual or legal entity purchasing products or services from the Seller through an online platform.
1.3. Product/Service: Any goods, services, or digital products offered by the Seller and purchased by the Buyer.
SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The Seller undertakes to sell the Product/Service to the Buyer for a specified fee. The Buyer has accepted this Agreement to order and purchase the Product/Service offered by the Seller.
2.2. The specifications, price, delivery time, and other details of the Product/Service offered by the Seller are stated on the relevant page of the online platform.
PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
3.1. The price of the Product/Service is determined based on the price specified on the online platform. Prices do not include VAT.
3.2. The Buyer agrees to pay the price of the Product/Service to the Seller through the payment methods specified on the online platform.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
4.1. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order through the online platform. The Seller shall not be held liable for any problems arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
4.2. After the completion of the order, the Seller will send a notification to the Buyer confirming the order and payment received.
4.3. The delivery of the Product/Service will be made in accordance with the specified delivery time mentioned on the online platform. The Seller shall not be held responsible for any delays in delivery.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
5.1. If the Buyer wishes to cancel an order or return the Product/Service, they must provide written notice to the Seller.
5.2. Cancellation or return requests will be evaluated according to the Seller’s relevant policies.
TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
6.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party.
6.2. The termination of the Agreement will be effective upon the receipt of the notice by the other party.
CONFIDENTIALITY
7.1. The parties agree to keep confidential any commercial, financial, or technical information obtained under this Agreement and not to disclose it to third parties.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. In the event of any disputes between the parties, the primary objective is to reach an agreement through negotiations.
8.2. If an agreement cannot be reached through negotiations, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Ireland shall have jurisdiction.
EFFECTIVENESS AND AMENDMENTS
9.1. This Agreement shall become effective upon the mutual agreement of the parties.
9.2. The provisions of this Agreement cannot be changed without the written consent of the parties.
This Online Sales Agreement is electronically accepted and valid between the parties.
